Let me tell you about the idea behind Roxy’s Kitchen.

Since I was a little girl I used to love going outside and playing restaurants. I was opening restaurants, serving customers, baking and cooking. Also making muddy pies 🙂

I loved it then and I still love it. Thats why it feels so amazing to be able to put my passion into a good use and make the cakes for you. I hope my cakes will make you happy. That’s what I’m trying to achieve here – I just want to make you happy.

The kitchen is my happy place. I love spending time here – whether it’s baking for you, baking with my kids or generally spending time here. I think the kitchen is the heart of every house – it’s where the magic happens. It’s my favourite place. I just love spending time here.

I’m a feeder – I love feeding people. It’s who I am. It’s a part of my nature. It’s what makes me happy.

All my recipes have been in my family for many many years. We all love them – I hope you will enjoy them as much as we do.

The whole idea behind Roxy’s Kitchen and my cakes is that I want my cakes to feel like home for you; Bring you back to your childhood when your mum or granny used to bake and the house smelled all lovely. My cakes have a homemade look and taste. It’s very important to me.
